Special Meeting / Proposed Wind Ordinance

The Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing to hear concerns and answer Questions concerning the Proposed adoption of a new Wind Ordinance on

Jan. 13th. 7pm at the Sanilac Township Hall    20 N. Ridge St.   Port Sanilac, MI.

A complete copy of the new proposed Wind Ordinance can be viewed at the Township Hall or under special meetings in the download section of this site.

  • Attn. Water Customers

  • All Water bills and charges must be paid by US Mail, The Twp. Hall Drop Box or the Sanilac Twp. Treasurer.
  • No Payments will be excepted by a Township Employee.
  • The 2013 Water Quality Report is in the download sec. filed under Water System, Then page 2
  • The Sanilac Township Zoning Ordinance can be found by clicking on Downloads and then Zoning.

  • The Property Tax information Link will direct you to a secured site that will allow you to obtain property tax information about your tax parcels including payment history, FREE OF CHARGE TO TOWNSHIP RESIDENTS. You will need to establish an account on your first visit to the site.

  • You can call up, fill out and print an on-line absentee ballot application from the "Absentee Voter Ballot Application" under links. Once you have printed out your application you can mail it to the township or put it in the township drop box in front of the township hall.
